There is something bizarre that Fianna Fáil TDs etc are being asked to vote for Jim Gavin as the party’s nominee for the presidency, without knowing nothing on what he stands for. They do know what Billy Kelleher stands for, so why not go with him?

Absolutely shocking article, framing it as though farmers are to blame. Hidden way too far down in the article is the fact that farmers' incomes were disgracefully low and had to addressed. The price increase is due to the markets wanting to maintain their large profit margins.
