Speed Queen is the only washer that will fill up with actual water and clean your laundry in a single 15-20 min cycle! I guess thats why no big box stores carry the brand!

I remember how I started to feel after I wore an Apple Watch about 7 years ago. I ended up not sleeping at night and I couldn’t figure out why I was feeling so weird and then one day I accidentally dropped it and broke the glass front. Stopped wearing it- felt better

Geez my post about giving my neighbor a hand with her hot water tank blew up. Leaving soon to get the new tank but I wanted to let some of you know a few things. First I was a carpenter for many years. My father taught me everything I know about construction, trades. I do know what I am doing. I’m not an idiot. I don’t need to watch a YouTube video on doing whatever. Second I’m not asking for praise. If there’s one thing I like about X is reading the good things in life. I thought this was a good thing. Most of my neighbors are elderly. In the winter my son and I will clean the snow of their driveways. We help them clean up their leaves. When the power is out we check on them. It’s not about looking for a “medal “ it’s about doing the right thing.

@HemmerleinLee @Klombac There is a lot of relocation of the Amish right now and they are developing new communities. Yeah, go down there and meet them. 😃

I went a mile down the road from my house this morning to meet the Amish family who are starting a creamery. They have about 10 Jersey cows already. I get milk and cream from another neighboring community. However, every now and again I need sour cream and because there’s no preservatives in the Amish sour cream, it doesn’t keep very long. So I like to buy it fresh the day I’m going to use it. typically it will keep in the refrigerator for about a week. I had a nice visit with the family. This family was the very first family that relocated 2 years ago to begin this new community. So if you hear me talking about John & Erma, this is who I’m talking about.

@kim_chee27 One thing that has infuriated me is the push for testing when teachers refused sh0ts. He gave teachers a choice: sh0t or be tested weekly. Jabba’s family owned the testing companies. When I tried to share it fell on deaf ears.

“Reduced work” is an actual accommodation frequently found on IEPs and it absolutely results in special ed kids just never catching up.

I don’t want AI to replace doctors, but it can be really useful in diagnosis and treatment. So many medical procedures are already done via robotics with medical oversight. I’m okay with a scan of mine being reviewed by both a doctor and AI. I’m confused as to why this is so controversial?
Suneel Dhand MD@DrSuneelDhand

It should be UNTHINKABLE that people even want AI to replace doctors. Yet here we are. Do you know why this has happened? Over many years, the medical profession has completely sold out to big business, big government, big pharma, and big insurance. If doctors get replaced now (and I think it’s actually gonna happen sooner than we think) it is a well-deserved slap in the face to the medical profession which has completely lost its way

April and May in high school are basically babysitting months. April is mostly for EOC test review. Once testing is done, everyone is just counting down to summer. Imagine if they had something purposeful to do, like a paid internship or a real-world project that could actually earn them money and teach life skills.

Phone rings, it's my Mom... Mom-Hi sweetie! How are you? Me-Good! You? Mom-We are watching all of the Artemis II news. Isn't it so cool? Me-Crazy how Artemis made everyone forget about the Epstein files. Mom-Everything isn't a conspiracy you know... Me-Can you name one that hasn't been true? Mom-I don't have time for this today.

The first heart attack ever described in a medical journal was recorded in 1912 by James Herrick. Before 1912, the disease was so rare that doctors did not have a name for it. Crisco was launched in 1911. The American Heart Association was founded in 1924, partly to figure out where this new disease had come from. In 1948, the AHA received a $1.7 million donation from Procter and Gamble. Procter and Gamble made Crisco. The AHA has not commented.
