@eightcoolguy That’s the wrong order, the rules of this specific category stipulate 5km followed by an immediate Any% run. The other order is a different category.

world record: 5km run -> no reset any% RSG of 45:44, barely beating out Ludovik's former world record of 47:01! ice is still melting and I am excited to do a few more attempts of this in the future.

@tfoulkes13 The leaderboard is primarily IGT, the RTA version right now is only Minecraft RTA + run IGT (...not really a lot of difference). It's a very chill/friendly category so no strict rules about what you do in between the runs. I like washed my hands, which I guess could be timeloss.

@realcouri (Warning: opinion from someone with long legs): It’s totally doable man, just have to build up over a few months (mileage may literally vary). This category is actually super fun and it’s a cool way to increase fitness.
