Anyone know a way to get in touch with an actual human at Mondial?
One of their employees stole a package and I’m being told there’s no full compensation because the package isn’t insured.
Since when do we need to insure against EMPLOYEE theft?!

Mannnn @PokemonCenterUS I need yal to slow down please I’ve been seeing so many ppl having issues with their orders. I was gonna send these to a friend after receiving the shipment. Box look great so I was gonna just put a new label on it and send it to them. I’m so glad I opened it up and checked. I ordered 2 and only received one 😭
