@excitel_rocks worst broadband connection ever i have called today 7-8 times in just 3 hours but their connection just showing connected without internet. Their is main focus on building new customer but did not provide a basic Service to existing customer.

In last 3 months facing the same issue and their customer case agents telling me to just on and off the router is this your way to help your customer @excitel_rocks
