Indian businesses are always scamming, ESPECIALLY gas stations. Whether it's card skimming, watering down the gas, or now, putting a screw on the pump’s nosel cradle to save a few dollars, it's always some kind of scam, and as usual, THEY ALL ARE IN ON IT!

@EcZachly Can you admit the program needs to be reformed? I’ve worked with dozens of H1Bs and a couple were great but the others were mediocre at best. Why do they get to come over here and fill a spot at a discounted wage and dampen wages for everyone else?

@RichardHanania Why are you doing the bidding for the billionaire class and their love of cheap 3rd world labor? You’re either paid or a cuck that loves sitting in the chair watching the country get fucked I’m assuming the latter

@EcZachly You care more about foreigners from the other side of the world than those living in America. Also you warship money

The $100k h1b visa fee was just struck down by a federal court! It’s been so depressing the last 6 months when my Indian students asked “how do I get a data engineering job in the US?” And my answer basically, “you don’t because of Trump” These visa fees were another reason I had to visit Bangalore and Hyderabad this year. Because if we can’t bring the brains to America, the brains will continue building amazing things in India. And the phenomenal entrepreneurs and engineers I met in India were incredible. The world is balancing out. It’s amazing to see America still has its checks and balances necessary to keep it being a land of immigrants and new ideas! Today is one of the few days in a very long time that I say I’m proud to be an American and that my government is doing something right

Today’s decision from a U.S. District Judge to vacate the policy implementing the Presidential Proclamation mandating a $100,000 fee for H-1B visa applicants—a 5,000% increase in some cases—came at a critical time for Alaska’s schools that are in the midst of hiring before next fall. Many school districts in rural and remote parts of the state rely on the H-1B visa program to bring quality teachers to their communities. In Alaska, this isn’t a partisan issue: the state legislature unanimously passed a resolution last month urging the federal government to waive the fee for educators. Last year, I introduced legislation to create an educator exemption, and I’ve been talking to Secretary Mullin about an administrative waiver from the fee to help bring teachers here. Today’s news is welcome relief for Alaska’s schools, but I will continue working to eliminate this fee permanently so that Alaska’s students are receiving the best education possible, regardless of the outcome of future legal challenges. newsfromthestates.com/article/trump-…

Judge tosses out Trump's $100,000 fee for H1B visas. The court rules that it's a tax, and taxing is something that only Congress can do. The president can't simply tax Indians because people in his administration hate them.

Hi @Deloitte @DeloitteUS! It seems one of your Senior Consultants is encouraging people to target Asian businesses with fraud Do you support this? Do you think it's right for Alexandria Evans to encourage people to order food from Asian restaurants with no intention to pay?
Right Angle News Network@Rightanglenews

The black woman who started the targeted campaign against Chinese restaurants in retaliation for Rick Chow being found not guilty has been identified as Alexandria Evans, who works for Hewlett Packard. Call and ask if racially targeting people follows their code of conduct.

🇺🇸🚀 SOME NEWS: I'll be leaving my role at the White House at the end of this month. After a break I’ll be working on helping tackle some of the large challenges facing America on AI (more on that later). It is hard to express how big a privilege it has been to serve the American people and how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to do so. First and foremost, it has been an honor to serve under President @realDonaldTrump . Without his leadership, we would not be leading in the AI race. Second, I owe a lot to the person I’ve worked mostly closely with over the last 18 months - @DavidSacks . His continuing advocacy for America winning on AI has been and continues to be crucial. Some key public accomplishments from last year I’m proud of 1. Architecting and publishing the American AI Action Plan - charting the course for America to win on AI and helping execute on that for the last year. 2. The AI acceleration partnerships to help American AI stack win globally. 3. The National AI Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence executive order (forming the basis for working with the Hill this year) 4. Advocating for the American AI stack with our allies globally (the AI summits in France and India, state visits to the UK, the Middle East and more) So what’s next? The past 18 months have given me a front row seat to this critical moment on AI facing America and our allies. Whether it is energy, data centers or a clear path for Americans to experience the benefits of AI, there are many tough issues we all need to navigate together. I plan on building institutions that help tackle some of those challenges for America and its allies. I want to thank many others who have helped along the way in the administration : Kevin Hassett, @mkratsios47 , CoS @SusieWiles47 , VP @JDVance , @StevenCheung47 , Sec Bessent, Sec Lutnick, Sec Rubio and @jacobhelberg , @USWREMichael , Josh Gruenbaum, Watson Fagan, Ryan Baasch, Jeff Kessler, Alexei Bulazel, DepSec Landau, DepSec Dabar, Will Scharf, Taylor Budowich, @JamesBlairUSA , @elonmusk and many, many others. You know who you are and I know I’ll continue to see you a lot more. Most of all, I want to thank @aarthir on supporting everything and being part of this unexpected but amazing journey from last January. None of this would be possible without her. This journey has been the privilege of a lifetime and shown me how special this country is and how it needs all of us to contribute in anyway we can - and I plan on continuing to do just that. 🇺🇸

John Fetterman seems to genuinely think that the reason no one likes him is because he refuses to wear a suit. It's not the hoodie, dude. It's because you've become a stooge for AIPAC and the Republican party.
