@NitroRad @dillongarland Same I think open world is too big and we loose alot, also I dont think the engine can handle it. I feel it looks so good because of how small the scale is to render at a time. The biggest id want it would be open levels like the leon section or how evil within 2 was.

@dillongarland I'd LOVE to see one little more open, but NOT open world. RE7 progressing from the mansion to the backyard that opens up was excellent! Would love to see something really interconnected on a larger scale like that again. But yeah, still with a logical puzzle key progression!

I don’t even have the words to explain how I desperately don’t want this. Resident Evil is one of my favourite franchises BECAUSE of its level design being a gradually unlockable puzzle box. Open world would kill that for me.
