Scoop: The House will NOT vote next week on a FISA extension, as GOP leaders had hoped
GOP leaders are pushing the vote instead to the week of April 14 and will work with GOP hardliners still opposed to the clean extension and warrantless surveillance over the upcoming recess.
The FISA reauthorization deadline is April 20 and this leaves barely any time for the Senate to act.
