@KirkwoodDW I mean I’ll still be a “junior” for another 5-7 years so I definitely think we need to vigilant about the state of our pay but this deal which concerns pay awards for last year and next year are a great step forward and are miles better than anything the conservatives did for us

@KirkwoodDW I totally agree and understand your point. I think ultimately this offer makes good progress and I believe this government will continue to improve our pay and working conditions throughout their term. If not we can reballot and strike again.

@DrRyanHum I thought this initially and then thought How do I feel about FY1s starting salary only touching £36,000 with a £100,000 debt Which interest is more than they will pay off in the first 5 years of working too Are we older trainers risking shafting them? As we are more comfortable
