EFY (Especially for Youth)

Here at EFY, we are taking the challenge! Starting Wednesday, we will sign off of our social media platforms, and we want you to join us. Help us #ChooseJoy by refreshing the spirit instead of our feed.

“If you are paying more attention to feeds from social media than you are to the whisperings of the Spirit, then you are putting yourself at spiritual risk, as well as the risk of experiencing intense loneliness and depression."

Did you catch President and Sister Nelson address the youth yesterday? We love to hear the prophet's inspired counsel. One challenge President Nelson gave the youth is to take a week off of social media:
