@samuelthompson Shopify lowers the entry barriers, right? Then probably it's not a matter of "big customers". You should extract from that 98% the percentage of businesses that are actually operating with a long term vision, then you'll know how big your target market is. 📦🫀

Re: customers....here's my macro theory. Too many B2B companies focus on big customers. Shopify has almost 2m active stores. Only 2% generate more than $1m a year or have more than 100,000 monthly visitors. Meaning 98% of the stores are "small". That's our target market.

It's a weird feeling when i see someone share a shopify/amazon screenshot, and it's such a small number that i feel sorry for them, but then i realize that they actually made the post to celebrate, because in their mind it's a big number
