Y9 & 10 students designed missiles with @RoyalNavy in a #careers workshop aimed at developing teamworking & leadership skills in preparation for future academic study & employment. Once they'd created & named their missile, they launched them to see how they flew. @CdrFCampbell

October 1-7 is BFRB awareness week. I have had trichotillomania since I was 10, & while I learned to live with it, it had a huge impact on my teens & early 20s. Now, I'm open, happy to talk about it & answer questions, but given how common it is, it's great to see more awareness.

My Fitbit is so proud that I achieved 10k steps before lunchtime and actually I've been stood on the sideline of the Cardiff half marathon clapping....
