If City are willing to give Chelsea nearly £20m for Enzo Maresca I think it’s pretty clear they’re the ones who made him quit Chelsea. As I said before, Enzo was probably frustrated here but he left for City Even if Chelsea were run properly, I always saw Enzo at City anyway
