Culture crumbles when you cater to talent over character.

As an AD, you learn quickly that the loudest voices are not always the right ones. Many are driven by personal agendas, not the mission of the program. Volume does not equal value. Stay anchored to the people and principles that actually move your program forward.

Life tip: When debating or arguing with someone and it’s going nowhere, ask them, “What evidence would it take for you to consider that you’re wrong?” If they say “Nothing,” then it’s time to end the conversation.

In my coaching career, the elite handle doubt/failure different. It’s easy when you are at the pinnacle- the climb is what separates!
