Future Considerations partnered with @ING_Economics to develop the leadership capacity of key women. The key question was “how can we create inspiring and engaging leaders at ING? & break down the ‘old school’ importance of hierarchy and stimulate co-creation and collaboration…”

We facilitated an innovation lab with @cdknetwork bringing together a dynamic group of over 150 participants drawn from various sectors from around the world including key policy advisors, activists & researchers & produced over 20 game-changing proposals, many to be developed.

We facilitated a leadership development strategy identifying current breakdowns across the national network, aligning attitudes & behaviours along an identified leadership profile & collaboratively working to define what this may look like to build a foundation for future success

We developed a programme for @Tate Gallery Directors to improve #Management and #leadership skills in setting clear direction; building effective alliances with internal and external stakeholders; communicating effectively; building greater reliability delivering through others.

The London Borough of Lambeth worked with Future Considerations to agree on clear roles that would inform organisational dynamics, recruiting, training & development.  We stayed to support the transition with action learning groups and learning events. #sdg #netzero #leadership

At @NHSuk we worked with leaders at all levels over a 9-month programme. Facilitating learning sets to support the #project delivery. Projects were organization-wide priorities which helped participants to be involved in the ‘bigger picture’ beyond their department. #SDGs #leader

In 2007 @Tesco approached @FCreconsider to help give employees a voice to address #climatechange. In 2020 @Tesco achieved the UN SDG target to halve food waste by 2030 & in 2021 announced its latest #Sustainability strategy. Well done, Tesco. Hope to see you again soon. #sdg
