@Argenrost Oh yeah I think no ex hkd is definitely changing the pace of the game quite a bit in general. Some characters are not gonna get their bullshit as easily. More neuch will have to be played lol

@FORTCless Too early to truly say but at first glance I think his buffs more than make up for the loss of consistent oki. He still gets it from REV Blow and super and he gets a lot of reward for good execution. His neutral is better and his skill ceiling is sky high now. Good patch I think.

My suspicion is that HKD will be relegated to specific moves now with REV Blow being a bare minimum, which would make SPG a lot more impactful. Beyond that just hope your character won the balance lottery (Kevin pls).
