@Fabletics placed an order, received a text the day my order was due to say I’d get it later than expected, then the next day got refunded so obviously no order received. Now expect me to wait an hour to cancel my membership. Why make it so difficult to just cancel it.

@Fabletics More than 500 on a waiting call !! Everyone is calling because of the scam they run here.. gave a deal and I’m sure some small print .. they are charging 69 every month i cancel that membership already why i keep getting charge !!

@Fabletics Fabletics has the worst Customer Service in the world. They keep you on hold for two hours and never get back to you then they hang up on you.

@Fabletics I'm so disappointed in your customer service. I tried to call today and the keypad options weren't working, I started a web chat and the wait was 1 hour, I started a whatsapp chat and again I waited 1 hour for a response, messages back and forth, now Im being ignored

I’m calling out @Fabletics @FableticsScrubs. I wanted to love the brand, but the shopping experience was so dysfunctional that I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone. To make matters worse, there is zero customer support available. It’s just terrible.
