I Accept Congratulations 🎉 Last night, I officially wrapped up the 4-Week Growth Adventure with my students in Lumina Growth Mentorship Academy (Cohort 5.0). And truthfully, it was nothing short of remarkable. There was a different kind of energy this cohort showed up with, one that's hard to describe, but impossible to ignore. I found myself pouring into them with so much ease and conviction, because they came ready; ready to grow, ready to stretch, ready to become. Growth is intentional. It is never passive. During the virtual graduation, listening to them share their experiences and the shifts that happened within just 4 weeks was deeply humbling. Not because of the structure alone, but because they chose to engage the process fully. For a moment, it felt like it shouldn't end. But then again, that's the goal of true mentorship, Not to create dependence, but to release people into their next level with clarity, confidence, and direction. Reading through their notes to me afterward, I couldn't help but smile. It reaffirmed something I strongly believe: So much can change in your life when you make a decision to stand up for your path. If you're currently in a place where things feel unclear or stagnant, it might not be a lack of potential, it might simply be the absence of the right environment. Because the right platform doesn't just inform you, It stretches you, challenges you, and ultimately transforms you. I'm incredibly proud of this cohort. They didn't just go through mentorship, they embodied it. And that's the difference. Congratulations to all C5 Luminants. The world must see your light!

The world is watching… Even when you think no one is. You just don't see the eyes on you yet. You don't hear the attention yet. You don't feel the impact yet. Keep building!!!

Even after planting, you must be patient, yet attentive. You keep observing the weather conditions. You don't rest, until that seed begins to sprout. Some seeds don't take long before they show fruits, others take a while. Looking forward to the amazing fruits that'll sprout from each one of them.

The soil you're planting on is a determinant whether there will be a harvest.

The beauty of planting lies in the harvest. And in between planting and harvest, there's something called nurturing. I often hear people say, "Just plant those seeds". But a result-driven farmer doesn't just plant seeds, knowing that there are key factors to determine whether or not the planting process will be successful.

Each LGMA cohort gives us a new reason to celebrate growth, and Cohort 5.0 has truly given us something remarkable.

@paulg Big truth. When you focus on rate over size, you see opportunities to iterate, pivot, and scale smarter, before a new variant takes over.

Another advantage of focusing on growth rate rather than absolute numbers is that it makes it easier to switch to a new variant of the product if you discover one. It makes it easier to see tails that will eventually wag the dog.

@RobertGreene What you ignore has zero power over you.

You choose to let things bother you. You can just as easily choose not to notice the irritating offender, to consider the matter trivial and unworthy of your interest. That is the powerful move. What you do not react to cannot drag you down in a futile engagement. Your pride is not involved. The best lesson you can teach an irritating gnat is to consign it to oblivion by ignoring it.

@itsTseTse Yes, earning something is better than nothing, but taking a job just for the pay can cost you more in the long run. If the role doesn't align with your growth, skills, or goals, you may end up stuck, drained, or off-track. Don't just work for a paycheck, work for your future.

If you’re unemployed, why decline a job just because the pay is low? It’s better to earn something while you search for something better, right?

@JoelOsteen You can thrive anywhere when you know who you are and what you carry inside, your environment is just the backdrop.

Don’t let the environment define who you are. The fact is you are blessed whether you’re in a great environment or whether you’re in a limited environment. Where you are doesn’t change who you are.
