I have just got off the phone to the Liverpool passport office who have confirmed my passport has been printed and I’m going to pick it up tomorrow! Can’t believe my luck on this. But everyone still waiting to hear here’s some hope for you 2/2

@elbates1982 I put my fast track in exactly 2 weeks before I was flying. I haven’t stopped ringing or emailing though so I would do the same to the Durham office if it is there. Don’t bother doing the Liverpool one.

Hoping I can give everyone else waiting for an upgrade passport some hope. I’ve been emailing and ringing constantly for the past 3 weeks as I fly on the 10th may. I sent my application for a lost passport on 11/03 and it was in the processing stage from 22/03. 1/2

@chris_wordley @HM_Passport Just spoke to someone, got through rather quick, who applied for an urgent fast track upgrade and was quite useful!

Has anyone had a response from the Liverpool passport upgrade team by emailing? I’ve heard nothing for 10 days now

Can anyone get through to the @HM_Passport today or yesterday? I have rang so many times and just get cut off after being on hold for 30 mins😭 I’ve emailed the Liverpool upgrade team and had nothing back and it’s been a week now. I’m desperate, I fly a week today 😭😭😭

@jade_lamond @HM_Passport Mines been at that stage since 10th March so frustrating 😭 I’m going to Dubai and it’s so much money I’ll loose out on. At least I know now it’s not an issue because it’s a lost one. Thank you doll xxx

@FernConnor @HM_Passport Mines was also a lost passport so I wouldn’t worry about that. It had been sitting at the processing stage since 29th March. I picked up mine this morning with no issues. 🤞🏻 for you xx

@jade_lamond @HM_Passport What stage was your passport at before you got the phone call? Mines a lost one so I’m not sure if there’s more complications from this

@FernConnor @HM_Passport I was in your position, they rang me this morning and my passport has now been approved and printed, to pick it up tomorrow. I fly on Sunday. They will contact 2 working days before travel. Hoping a positive story might make you stress a little less, I know the feeling 🫶🏻
