Just got the last dividend payment for the month from $QQQI. February Dividends: $JEPQ $316.69 $AXP $3.28 $QQQI $2,047.69 Total: $2,367.66 Mortgage: $2,300 MONTH #2 CLEARED!!!

My $QQQI holding is down $12k, am I worried? No, keep buying

Tomorrow is the $QQQI dividend payout of $0.61/share. With my 3,335 shares it will payout $2,030, and combined with the rest of the month of $369.76; the total will be ~$2,400. Shoutout to @DevotedDividend for telling me about this great ETF months ago.

@StealthQE4 Im not a fan of the Iran thing. Im just stating the obvious that Europe cannot do anything since they have imported a ton of Muslims. Them backing the US could lead to a ton of terrorism within their countries.
