I think it’s kinda interesting how much Comic Mark becomes desensitized to all the violence and death around him, to the point where you could actually buy in the other universes that he joined Viltrum
The show seems to deliberately want to push him in the opposite direction,

A US A-10 strike in Iraq may have struck a military medical clinic resulting in 7 deaths and 13 injuries.
