صلح کر لو کیوں کوئی بندہ مروانا ہے ۔۔۔؟؟؟ 2 بچوں کی ماں شادی شدہ خاتون کو رشتہ دار نوجوان نے گھر میں زیا.دتی کا نشانہ بنا ڈالا ۔۔۔ خاندان کے بزرگ صلح کروانے پر بضد ، تفتیشی میڈم کہتی ہے آپ کی میڈیکل رپورٹ 6 ماہ سے ایک سال بعد آئیگی ، فی الحال تھانے کے چکر نہ لگاؤ آرام سے گھر بیٹھو ۔۔۔۔۔ لاہور کے میاں بیوی انصاف کی تلاش میں رل گئے ، عزت بھی گنوا بیٹھے ۔۔۔۔ دو معصوم بچوں کی ماں یہ نوجوان خاتون گھر میں اکیلی تھی کہ شوہر کا کزن گھر میں آگھسا زیا۔دتی کی کوشش کی مگر خاتون کے شور مچانے پر بھاگ نکلا ۔۔۔ خاتون بدنامی کے خوف سے چپ ہو گئی رات کو شوہر گھر آیا تو اسے بتایا ، شوہر نے اپنی ماں کو کہا کہ اسے منع کرو ہمارے گھر نہ آیا کرے ۔۔ سادہ لوح ماں بولی ، میں کیسے منہ پھاڑ کر رشتہ داروں کو کہوں کہ ہمارے گھر نہ آئیں ۔۔۔۔اگلے روز ملزم پھر گھر میں آگھسا ، خاتون کو دوپٹے سے باندھ کر برہنہ کیا بے آبرو کیا اور بھاگ گیا ۔۔۔۔۔رات کو شوہر اپنی بیوی کو لے کر تھانے گیا ، بڑی خواری کے بعد میڈیکل ہوا پرچہ درج ہوا ،، مگر تین ہفتے گزرنے کے باوجود نہ تو ملزم کو گرفتار کیا گیا اور نہ دور دور تک انصاف کی کوئی امید ہے ، رشتہ دار آئے روز میلے لے کر آجاتے ہیں کہ کچھ لے دے کر صلح کرلو ضرور اپنا یا ہمارا کوئی بندہ مروانا ہے ۔۔۔۔جب کہ کیس کی تفتیش کرنے والی میڈم کا کہنا ہے کہ آپ کی میڈیکل رپورٹ 6 ماہ یا ایک سال کے اندر آئے گی ۔ اس لیے آرام سے گھر بیٹھ جاؤ قانون کا وقت ضائع نہ کرو ۔۔۔۔۔ اب ان میاں بیوی کو سمجھ نہیں آرہی کہ انکے ساتھ ظلم ہوا ہے یا مذاق جسکی دکھ تکلیف کسی کو محسوس ہی نہیں ہورہی ۔۔۔۔۔۔ 👈اس واقعے کو شئیر کرنے کا دل نہیں تھا لیکن جو ان کے قریبی ہیں وہ تو ویسے بھی ان کے ساتھ کھڑے نہیں ہو رہے۔ کیا پتہ سوشل میڈیا کی آواز سے سرکاری ادارے حرکت میں آجائیں۔

So the final verdict from session court of Meesha Shafi vs Ali Zafar defamation case came out.I was not only a primary character witness, I knew both families and both children very closely. If I took a side, it was with 100% certainty and belief. For me, Meesha Shafi’s issue ended the day every girl who supported her — including me — was dragged into criminal cases. I was told I could face three years in prison. And if that happens, I will go and serve those three years, because I do not step back from my truth — and anyone who knows me, knows this. People were silenced, pressured, bought, and scared. The entire support system was broken. On top of that, we were accused of running a foreign agenda, of being paid huge amounts in dollars. I said it then, and I say it again — prove it in court. I am ready to open all my bank accounts, everything. The truth is, every woman knows that at some point in her life, she has been physically harassed. Sometimes in a room full of people, someone touches you in a way you cannot even process, and you cannot even speak. We have all gone through this — as children, as young women, and even today. So when a star of this magnitude, who needed no fame, who comes from a respected family, speaks up — is it for fame? Is it some personal enmity? What did she gain from this case? What did we gain except abuse, lies, and humiliation? We did not step back because we knew that if we lost this case, then every woman who suffers this every day would lose with us. And from that day on, no woman in this country would ever be believed. The entire Lahore, the entire industry knows the truth. This is not Meesha Shafi’s loss, or Saba Hameed’s, or Iffat Omar’s. And this five million penalty — we can pay it right now. It’s not about that. It’s about the fact that women will continue to be touched inappropriately, even when married, even by men who are “friends” of their husbands. We all know this is the reality of a man’s world. From today onwards, even I will not believe a woman in Pakistan — because surely, the man must be right. And my honorable courts, thank you for proving this. It’s a man’s world. Goodbye.
