I had a great time at #AGBT24 presenting my work on high-res single-cell lineage tracing in cell reprogramming!

Using @FluentBio's PIPseq platform and their T1000 kit to capture up to 1 million cells, coupled with @UltimaGenomics seq, we were able to show clonal lineage trees like this one that have restriction of specific cell reprogramming fates with our Mutable CellTagging technology.
