Maak niet uit wat je stem, als meerderheid van de kamer niet mee eens is dan gaat het toch niet gebeuren. Er kan partij zijn die goede bedoelingen heb maar als ze maar 10 stemmen/leden hebben dan gaat het toch niet door. Daarom bij andere landen kunnen azcijn omlaag omdat er een man is die het bepaalt en niet 50.
