Day 2 of no sweats, fried food, and pizza. Water, protein shakes only. Chicken shawarma for dinner(didn’t eat the fries) 💪🏾

@dpolehn Good work man! OHP on the barbell is always a good challenge especially standing.

OHP is one of my favorite lifts. Went for 137lbs 3x5 today. Got the first two sets. Missed the last rep in the third. Always a good challenge. Sometimes the first rep goes up easy, but it rarely stays that way Hope you're all having an awesome week.

@brt2412 @BitcoinTeacher_ Ohhh no. These are more of the foundational books. You’re looking at more of the technical stuff I see. Maybe something like Mastering Bitcoin by Andreas M. Antonopoulos

@ForgeWithJeremy @BitcoinTeacher_ Do they teach readers about UTXOs, longest chain rule, double spend, and why Satoshi set 10 min between each block? I’m intrigued to learn all of that stuff.

Bitcoin is still trading like a tech stock. That’s either the biggest risk… or the biggest opportunity. I’m gonna go with option 2 😬

@ForgeWithJeremy I’d probably tighten my audience to cut out the noise and build real circles with it. I mean I really could see upside or this as a tool for real.

This could be a major networking cheat code. If used strategically, you can filter out the global noise & actually build a localized community. I just wish the USA filtered down to the state level because being able to easily tap in with other folks nearby would be next level.
