@Trashwater2 Yeah, I did notice that I had instances of lack of energy the past couple of months, meaning I should probably find a proper nutritional balance so my body would be ready to work out and keep my body active. I am still trying to figure out how I lost 100 lbs back in the day >_>;

@FoxxyFloof It's all about calorie deficit. Most cardio can be voided by just working on a deficit. How hard is up to you.

June 2025 vs June 2026 I can in depth describe my fitness journey but that's boring and I'll sum it up to. I was in the worst spot in my life and I had a choice. Live or Die. I chose to live so hard so that people know it WILL get better.
