Just a reminder that this Tuesday, Muqbil Al Dhaheri, 36, is due back at Chelmsford Court, charged with SEXUALLY ASSAULTING a nurse at Broomfield Hospital. He then exposed himself outside hospital in front of a CHILD. He is currently residing in Wethersfield Migrant Camp and is on bail. Monday to Thursday he is free to walk around Chelmsford, Colchester and Braintree on his free bus (Foster Hartley) He has already failed to attend two pre-bail court hearings, yet remains out in the community.
