A little while ago, Saucefy hopped onto the Tiny Chat 1 Voice channel on Saucefy's Creations to showcase a never before seen prototype model of Harken! This stream is mostly lost and only 3 people hopped on at the time, Saucefy stated this model was just "The safest, man!"

Assuming this is still Audacity 3 then you need to disable Tracks > Keep tracks synchronized (Sync-lock).
The video is worth a watch btw, it offers a pretty great look into what is going into Audacity's development at the moment.
