THIS may be the single best piece of advice you can get.
The amount of players in Champ that could reach grand champ purely by doing this is nuts. Best example of some1 i helped with this was @PoggoDoggoRL

Stop going supersonic. A common problem I see is players going supersonic way too often, which hurts their read on the play. This can lead to you actually being slower to the ball and having worse positioning. Here’s me explaining why you shouldn’t always be supersonic to a member of my community I’ve been working with:

A common problem I see is players rushing into the play too quickly.
This not only gives your teammates less time to rotate back, but it also limits your ability to properly read the play.
