The Arbitrum Security Council has taken emergency action to freeze the 30,766 ETH being held in the address on Arbitrum One that is connected to the KelpDAO exploit. The Security Council acted with input from law enforcement as to the exploiter’s identity, and, at all times, weighed its commitment to the security and integrity of the Arbitrum community without impacting any Arbitrum users or applications. After significant technical diligence and deliberation, the Security Council identified and executed a technical approach to move funds to safety without affecting any other chain state or Arbitrum users. As of April 20 11:26pm ET the funds have been successfully transferred to an intermediary frozen wallet. They are no longer accessible to the address that originally held the funds, and can only be moved by further action by Arbitrum governance, which will be coordinated with relevant parties.

Para mí sigue siendo Midjourney, pese a todo. Pero depende de lo que estés buscando. Para lo que yo busco (dibujos animados, anime, ilustraciones), Midjourney sigue siendo lo mejor, a pesar de que sus últimas versiones sean muy decepcionantes. Pero si buscas realismo, mejor Nano Banana Pro.

Como todo el mundo, he estado haciendo pruebas con Midjourney v 8.1. Mi veredicto: muy decepcionante. Tanto como lo fue la v 8. Los resultados son, en general, menos artísticos que en la v 7 y en la v 6. Sinceramente, no creo que sea un problema de sintaxis del prompt. Y parece mentira, pero a 15 de abril de 2026, Midjourney aún sigue cometiendo errores en las manos. Creo que Midjourney ha tocado techo, y ya poco más puede mejorar. Yo por ahora me sigo quedando con los srefs de la v 7. No necesito más. Éstos son los mejores resultados que he obtenido en mis pruebas. Comparto los prompts en el ALT de cada imagen.

@emollick Could it be that "Mythos" will become the founding myth of a new generation yet to come?

As I look at some of the replies (which are startlingly human, whats up with X?), it appears a lot of the concern is that Mythos was presented as some magic leap. I didn't read Anthropic's announcements that way myself, but I don't think you need a magic leap to cross thresholds.

I am catching glimpses in my feed that there is a backlash against Mythos as "marketing hype," and it is a little confusing. I don't think anyone who has used the latest agentic coding tools, would think that expecting large-scale cybersecurity implications of increasingly good AI models is unbelievable, especially after reading the red team reports. It feels like a better place to start is to assume that there are new risks, and then we can all laugh at Anthropic and pat each other on the back if there are not. Also, while the AI labs certainly are impressed by their own accomplishments and benchmarks are flawed, I would note that both publicly and privately, Mythos seems to be taken seriously at a lot of large institutions and organizations filled with smart people who would rather not be worried about a new cybersecurity risk. Finally, I am not sure "our product is dangerous and we need to alert the government to that" is the sales pitch to the corporate world that critics seem to think it is.

I started 2026 with great optimism, hoping I’d become a millionaire. Less than a month later, I got evicted. Then I got an eye infection that kept me in bed on my birthday. My girlfriend broke up with me. The entire world seems to have gone mad. Now I’m just trying to roll with the punches, keep myself busy and not lose my mind. Almost everything I used to care about or gave me hope for the future is gone. I find my refuge in AI and podcast interviews. I moved back in my mother’s place, in the same room where 10 years ago I returned from university in a complete state of confusion because I didn’t know what to do next. Except that now I’m older, fatter, angrier at the world, and more frustrated. So I spend my days building something for the sake of it, because it gives me the feeling that I’m learning and growing beyond my comfort zone. I rarely go out, but I try to spend more time with my parents and grandparents. For most of my adult life, I ran away from them – telling myself that I’m better and I will make it big somewhere else. Well, I’m back to square one. Right now, even if I did in fact become a millionaire, I wouldn’t find any enjoyment in it. In the absence of a greater purpose or reason, I sort of find enjoyment in the grind. It makes me calm, it keeps me busy. My only concern is that this is the perfect recipe for dying alone. But in the end, we all get what we deserve.
