Americans are clueless how privledged they are.
80% of Europeans live in apartments or condominiums... all their homes are connected. 1% have AC. Only a fraction compared to the US even own a car. The richest EU nation GOP is less than our poorest state! Mexico is 9th in the workd economically... ger it yet.
We are rich privledged fat Americans and Ill fight to make sure my grandkids have that privledge. Period.

Why do people in England/The UK not have air-conditioning?

I have seen worse. Someone I knew from American tricked others for a whole night with a fake accent. They have hard time telling a real english accent from a fake one
