Bruno Guimarães to Manchester United keeps picking up momentum. Whatever is happening with Elliot Anderson or any other CM target, it is clear now that the club are doing due diligence, is he emerging as the top midfield priority? It's potentially heading that way. Fernando Kallas started everything earlier this week & he was the one who broke Guimarães' previous move. Ben Jacobs reported a gentleman's agreement for Guimarães to leave Newcastle, Fabrizio Romano said he was one of many options & interest is real. Brazil's UOL corroborated Kallas' report, saying Guimarães is the club's main priority because of his PL experience, leadership & "affordable" price. Now Romano is echoing prior reporting with his update. Whoever you prefer, this screams club ambition. Targeting one of the best players in his position in the world, with a potential market opportunity because of his gentleman's agreement & while any deal would be complex, expensive & is far from done.
