Like The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013(POSH Act) there is a need for
The PORC Act
The Religious Conversion at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2026.

@bhatnaturally Mostly DEI is filled with jokers who have connections based on how they can prop LeLi ideas of perceived [not real] diversity, how close they are to media influencers, strange hair dye or have supremacy over narcissist victimhood ..we know feminist who hate moms..DEI Hard! Hehe

Fear of not complying with DEI drives corporate HR, CXOs and senior leaders/managers. So a team will have the mandatory combination to tick a box. LinkedIn profiles will have pronouns. Those without pronouns will be made to feel ashamed. Then FOMO will creep in or fear of being labeled a bigot.
The word ‘Islamophobia’ has been weaponised successfully. Even if you point out an obvious wrong act, without any connection to one’s religious identity there is that creeping fear which has been engineered over the years.
And most Hindus are with a ‘live & let live’ attitude, perhaps tolerating a lot more than they should. Our education system has also produced a deracinated generation that does not ‘connect’ with Hindu faith. So insults and taunts are not countered. There is no red line that cannot be crossed.
A combination of such factors contributing to incidents like the one in Nashik.

In the high-rise gated community life that many of us inhabit, notice how a purohita who comes to perform puja at any flat walks around.
In my experience, he is overawed, intimidated, unsure.
When they perform collective rituals during festivals, they gain confidence to guide the ritual.
Every time I see a solitary purohita, I bow down and take blessings.
Immediately, their eyes light up and the hands go into the blessing posture.
This is the same loop with the guards, housekeeepers etc. The minute we acknowledge and accord respect, they feel like they are a part and not an intrusion.
Everyone needs dignity and self respect but that is only obtained relationally through social interactions.
This learning and tactile registry of our values is what we call Culture.
The macro is built on everyday micro actions.
If we want to retain our sense of security and belonging that is possible only through a community, we must focus on these micro actions.
Our children learn by mimicking.

Received a concerning message from an employee at a Tech Mahindra BPO in Goregaon, alleging biased hiring practices, unequal workplace policies, and religious favoritism during festivals.
If true, this raises serious questions about corporate neutrality and fair work culture.
Authorities & company leadership must look into this urgently. ⚠️ @anandmahindra @tech_mahindra

@monidipadey True @Lenskart_com has been hiring ONLY muslims. No diversity when majority Hindu nation is having brand ONLY Muslims

Not only IT firms. Colleges too have conversion groups, especially in Mumbai.
Visit lenskart shops, and ask the employee names. Check the names of workers allocated for bathroom or kitchen cleaning from Urban Company.
The maid ecosystem in Gurgaon was owned by these people, which was forcibly broken down during the search for BDs, when many ran away. At that time many house owners became aware, and after that chose to keep only Hindu maids. Sometimes fake Hindu names are used to fool people and red -white bangles are worn to give a false impression of hinduness.
These people, wherever they manage to enter, build up a strong ecosystem by quickly bringing in their own. In housing complexes using this ecosystem, they make sure that very less Hindus get to work as maids, gardeners, or as housekeeping staff.
In IT firms they have created the same ecosystem and have turned it into a conversion plus sex slavery racket.

TL is scary. Bloody scary. IT firms are the new bastion of the enemy now. HR has always been the most civilisationally compromised department in the corporate. But I feel this is bigger than HR.

Near total silence on the TCS Nashik case on LinkedIn. My network of advertising & marketing folks are usually vocal on political issues on that platform speaking up for 'minorities'. Strategic 'ignore' has been activated now. Even if someone posts on the topic I could see comments like 'why are you posting such on LinkedIn?'

Shivaji Maharaj attacked Shaista Khan’s camp in Pune during month of Ramadan in the middle of night. He chose that time intentionally because he knew that most Muslims must be deep sleep/drowsy due to eating heavy after breaking fast in the evening. Just saying…

Hindu women were blackmailed, fed beef, coerced to convert, and sexually assaulted by their Muslim team leads. For four years. Their complaints were ignored. The women worked in @TCS, that just reported a revenue of 2.6 lac crores.
TCS is yet to issue a statement or an apology.
