… so we don’t have explain how we differ to doctors or nurses, or that we exist at all! That we warrant EPR build of our own…not an after thought or something adapted from other professions…. But let’s not be negative here…

I have used the acronym ‘AHP’ more times in the last three years than I care to remember, probably frequently associated with an eye roll of, ‘here she goes again’ 😂 #encompass That’s kind of the point of World AHP Day though isn’t it? (Cont. below)

@DrLindaDykes @haroldthimbleby Yea, kind of (variety encouraged!) But you’re eating the whole banana/fruit where juice has a lot of the fibre removed… that’s a really important element missing, especially around blood sugar control.

I’ve just been told by one of my ANPs who was told by a geriatrician that you can substitute Lindt 70% dark chocolate for SandoK 😳 thought she was joking but a bit of googling reveals c3 bars a day would indeed have approx same mmol of K+ as 2 Sando K BD 🤔 anyone tried it?!

@DrLindaDykes @haroldthimbleby A glass of OJ counts as one of 5-a-day. 4 glasses still count as 1! Does choc have the same bioavailability as SandoK I wonder?!
