Quick thought on this H1-B debate going on, (that I’ll probably regret tweeting) because I haven’t seen this talked about.
IF it were true that candidates from other countries are more qualified and/or more intelligent (which I’m not saying I agree with, but stay with me here)…the main reason for that IMHO would be the shitty education system we’ve been talking about for years on here.
The schools are focusing on pronouns, racism and safe spaces instead of actually teaching the children the basics.
To make matters worse, the colleges are giving priority to minorities rather than accepting by merit.
Anyway, we’ve been talking about the inevitable consequences of this for years, and I don’t think it was unforseeable. It was by design, I’m sure.

As a veteran, I really encourage everyone without the requisite government training and permits to dispose of your ar-15 before it kills someone. You don't need it nor are you qualified to own such a thing. They belong in the hands of police and military, no one else.
