2 weeks later and I feel much better. Here’s what I’ve done 1. Pushing myself more in the market Printing onchain and going on another PUBLIC generational run makes a man feel a high few can describe. 2. Being more intentional in training Focusing more on nutrition and not having as much slop + getting at least 10,000 steps in a day has helped lately. 3. Being more social You aren’t Toji Zenin or Paul Atreides, stop being an edge lord. Most issues can be fixed simply through communication or by being patient with yourself. Reach out to people, you never know what can come out of it. 4. Trusting in God. Not everything requires you waiting for voice or a “sign”. You’ve got to move and be positive while accepting the hurts of this life. You will endure pain. But it doesn’t have to be alone. Your due diligence should come from the Bible and your actions reflecting consistent repentance. Talk to God, even if it’s just in stillness. Learn that we are all fallen susceptible to sin. Being at peace with that and knowing that Christ paid the price justifies our faith. 5. Lookmaxxing It doesn’t matter how cringe it’s painted out to be- the more you improve yourself physically by any normal means; you WILL feel better and have more discipline to remain focused when you’re stressed. Being fit and strong while under pressure with clear skin + a general sense of maintenance in appearance will ALWAYS productive MOG the version of yourself that resembles a trash can.
