@H3llphy @magozone23 仮に日本で無許可でマック(会社)の名前と商品(資産)を使用し不当に利益を出したとする場合、お金(会社の利益)を盗むとこになります。また、今回の場合はアプリを例のスペイン人が持っている時点で現地(ここでいう日本)にいるのでスクエニ(会社)が得られる利益(お金)を結んだことになるね

@rosiebellmoo People throw around terrible words like predator just coz they are unhappy waters down actual predator cases. This was simple cheating and being a fukboy nothing predatory what so ever

sometimes i am a bit ignorant, i think I, myself, think the word predator means the book definition, like the adjective 'predatory practices in games' to not always mean children. but I think intent can change when its used for something that DOESNT explain nuance, like a yt video title, etc, and I appreciate people who told me without resorting to being unhinged on here. I appreciate this insight. I think cheating is bad, I think power dynamics exist if someone always goes to people with less influence specifically. But now it looks like it was not just small people in the scene? so just, cheating bad. something scary though outside it is seeing that these girls shared soo much personal info to this guy so quickly. Please never do this, you never know if a scammer, or legitimately dangerous person is on the other side, I found that terrifying. I wont be making a youtube video on this, and I think if you want to cover issues like this, its best to wait a bit to make sure all details come to light, whether its for or against whats out there stay safe on the internet<3
