Extremely disappointed with the service from @zomato @zomatocare Order ID 7865173339 was a prepaid order, yet it is marked as delivered even though I never received the package. I’ve tried resolving this but Unhelpful AI responses and delivery agent not answering call.

I tried logging in with my phone number (since I didn’t use an email to sign up), but I keep getting blocked. I contacted @snapchatsupport multiple times, offering to verify my identity using my phone number or any other method, but no help was provided.
