@scssofas can you explain how we are ment to manage without a sofa promised to be delivered today and then phone 1330 to say you can’t? No sofa to sit on, waiting for a new delivery date. My brother is severely disabled and has nothing to sit on, 2hr wait for complaint line 🤬

@Jaguar so we just brought a 2nd hand jag (s-pace) had it 5/10days and the fuel pump goes. No biggie. Get it fixed under warranty as it’s just been purchase to pick it up today and it won’t start…… as you can imagine upset and pissed off….Ford Kuga courtesy car is lovely!!!
