Finally got over the £1k MRR goal! Long way to go but VERY excited to be here and happy to celebrate this win 📈🙏🏼

Hoping to report an increase in numbers in August - would love to hit the £1500 - which is likely over ambitious but a fun goal to have. My goal of £10k MRG by EOY feels also unlikely but let’s see. It only takes one funnel and one ad to fly. Onwards and upwards.

Hit £999.93 MRR but now I need some support. I’ve got an amazing copywriting coach and an ads assistant. Both plugging the gaps of my abilities to enable me to be strategic and creative (aka get back in flow).

Have done two new hires this month to help with the amplify marketing and ads. The marketing strategy is intricate (but SO brilliant when it works as it gives us unlimited scale) and I’ve hit my limit of what I can do alone with my coach and the membership I’m in.

If the end of the week doesn’t look like this, you’re doing it wrong. Now time for the gym and then sitting in the sun!

I am so shocked by how many payments subscription payments fail each month. Are people running empty bank accounts? WILD. This is my biggest surprise I’d say #mrrjourney #buildinpublic

Membership upsell on backend of funnel not performing well. This will be my focus next week, hired a copywriter/coach to help me optimise. I am becoming the QUEEN of data.

Launching a brand new feature into amplify to help with onboarding. I LOVE the speed I can launch and test new features. Got this up and live in about 30 mins!

Trying to decide if this is the right step as don’t want to distract myself but the MRR journey is taking longer than I expected.

Learning ads is definitely challenging. I love it but it’s SO hard. Currently it’s one step forward, one step back. Thinking I need a temp third offer to boost income to continue to invest in scale/pay myself.
