The birthday present I gave to myself back in May was to lose weight, exercise more, and work to improve overall health. As of this morning I've now lost 28 pounds, BP is 120/70, and even my damaged right knee is far less painful. And I'm enjoying the process. #healthyhappylife

Just finished a 10,000 word short story, which makes my seventh short story in 18 days. Total of 45,200 words. Next up is the script for the joe ledger graphic novel that we just ended the crowd funding event for. And then I’ll be writing the second in the SLEEPERS WAR series
