i remember when i wanted to start my 10k-step journey last year. it was a bit hard at first, not because i had to walk for long. i actually love taking walks. i think it was hard because it became a goal, something i had to achieve. it’s like how you can go the whole day without eating because you’re lazy to cook or too busy. but once it’s officially fasting szn, 😭 suddenly fasting till 12pm becomes a problem. i started small, 2k, 3k, then i came across a post by @zayn4pf about a walk campaign created by @nillion 😆 and there was a prize pool 😂😂 who doesn’t love small incentives for doing what they’re supposed to do? i jumped on it and consistently did 10k steps for 7 days, and that’s how it became a habit. i was excited at first, but after the 4th day, it actually got harder. there was a day it rained heavily and i couldn’t go out 😭😭 so i did 10k steps inside the house. i danced, jumped, even ran from one corner of the room to the other. what didn’t i do? 😂 it was fun, ngl. would be nice to have more walk-to-earn campaigns or apps to hop on 🙂‍↔️ i haven’t taken a long walk in a long time. do you love to take walks too ?
