@Joesephyr It's hard to say. I think both are good for different reasons but I feel the colour one both pops more and brings out depth better.

@harpsibored Yasunori Nishiki would agree! If I recall well, he once told me FFV is one of the main inspirations behind Octopath's soundtrack

@Naught3y3 @BerserkChip @NoisyPixelNews There has been a .hack MMO if I remember correctly. It used the base of the IMOQ quad but never released outside of Japan. Unfortunately it was only live for about a year and 3 months, give or take.

@BerserkChip @NoisyPixelNews I grew up on .Hack games. Pretty mid solo experiences, they never sold well. However if one was an actual mmo style, it would have more potential.

@Fondle_Saurus Have you had the opportunity to try out both Vagrant Story and Parasite Eve on Ps1?

@PSFanatic820 Ps1 by far. I won't say that it had the best games, but it felt like there was much more freedom within game development to explore different things.

@Fondle_Saurus It apparently has a whole new storyline to play. Better than other Atlus SMT/Persona games that just add bits in their rereleases.

@Malumick The Story of Thor (or Beyond Oasis in the US). One of my most played games on Mega Drive along with Sonic.

@Fondle_Saurus Keep an eye out for Wild Arms Alter Code F for Ps2, it's a remake of the original first game with some extra bits. Definitely worth a go. :)
