@IAmDano The claim the CSA referred to was the Service Guarantee claim. You were unable to file that claim because your trip did not qualify based on the eligibility requirements outlined on GOTransit.com. ^MM

@GOtransitBR I rode Union to East Gwillimbury June 30th 2:01pm train. CSA said we were eligible for the service guarantee, but when I went to put in my claim this morning, it said we weren't. What gives?

@GOtransitBR Your CSA on the train stated over the PA that our trip was free and to file a claim.

@weathertechca ordered floor liners for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, and after ordering got an email saying delayed shipping expected. Would have been good to know about that BEFORE ordering. Perhaps put a notice of the delays on website before someone orders?
