We recently attended Mobidictum Career in Games in Istanbul, an event focused on bridging the gap between emerging talent and the global games industry. Kasper our Global Recruitment Manager attended to deliver a talk on the essential “cheat codes” to breaking into the industry. Sharing practical advice for those looking to start their careers in games, offering insights into roles, skills and trends shaping game development. Last week we attended the Ukie Conference, a great opportunity to connect with leaders from studios across the UK games industry and engage with the Ukie membership community. Our Chief Development Office, Veronique, also joined a panel discussion to share insights from our experience self-publishing HITMAN World of Assassination, including how it has allowed us to stay closely connected with our players and shape experiences around their evolving needs. Events like this are an important forum for studio leaders to exchange perspectives, stay informed about industry developments, and discuss the opportunities and challenges ahead for the UK games sector. Last week we had the pleasure of attending the Swedish Game Awards (SGA) in Stockholm. We were excited to celebrate Swedish games alongside industry peers.
