@cfwpepw @Xtopher_Uzo Because feminism has taught modern women they are nothing if they aren’t doing everything men do. Women are beautiful just the way God made them, with skills and specialness of their own, but this has been forgotten in the modern popular opinion.

ON ALTAR GIRLS
I don't really fancy the idea of altar girls, but it doesn't matter. The Church permits it, and that's what matters.
Historically, altar serving has always had a close connection to the priesthood. For many priests today, their first experience of serving the Church was as altar servers. Some of my friends who served at the altar when we were young are priests today.
That is why I think altar serving is best reserved for boys. It naturally creates a path that can inspire and nurture priestly vocations. In my opinion, that is one of the strongest reasons for maintaining an all-male altar service.
This is not because women are less important in the Church. Far from it. Women contribute immensely to the life of the Church in countless ways. For instance, they can serve as lectors, catechists, choir members, sacristans, church wardens, and many other roles.
That said, the Church permits female altar servers. The Church has spoken on the matter, and individual Catholics do not have the authority to overturn that decision simply because they prefer a different practice.
So while my personal preference is for an all-boys altar service, I accept the Church's discipline and submit my judgment to the Church. Catholics are free to have preferences, but we are not free to place our preferences above the Church.

the church has learned. why were females not allowed to serve the alter? because they were deemed unclean. why were they declared unclean? because they have periods(in the old days they would leak that blood onto the alter) also remember that when they were disallowed women were no more than property. a woman was the dirt on the boots.

Pope Leo has said, for the second time, that sexual sins aren't a big deal. Meanwhile millions of babies are being murdered in abortions because of people's sexual sins. (Never mind the fact that both St. Paul and Our Lady of Fatima told us the exact opposite.)

OK. I am tired of those who I call the "uber-tradtionalists". At first I was understanding them.
After all, we are all orthodox faithful Catholics "recovering" from some aspects of the Francis pontificate.
But, now, with Pope Leo, I am encouraged. He is leading us forward.
And, how many of them are just frightening the faithful and trying to raise money to fund their errant outeaches?

Young Catholics gathered at the gates of Georgetown University to protest Fr. James Martin's pro-LGBT "Outreach 2026" conference.
Not only are the event speakers at odds with the Bible, but also against natural law, papal documents, the Fathers of the Church, the Doctors of the Church, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and countless saints.
One of the conference panels is titled: "Celebrating the Transgender Catholic Experience."
In response, 31,000 faithful Catholics signed a petition in protest. TFP Student Action volunteers brought the concerns of those 31,000 Catholics directly to the gates of Georgetown.
Young Catholics say: June belongs to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, not the sin of pride.
In this time of great confusion, silence is not enough.
We have a duty to proclaim the truth with charity and courage.
Today, the voices of 31,000 Catholics arrived at Georgetown's doorstep.
But will Georgetown listen?

REMINDER: there’s no such thing as pet dads and pet moms.
