@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker Lmfao nothing before the internet actually happened very convenient you get to ignore anything that makes your made up self deity absurd while rotting your brain with faggy Japanese cartoons
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker Every major scholar and historian disagrees with you. Talk about taking your retarded beliefs for a given. Maybe less anime and more reading retard
@Imperator117@OrthodoxLurker Yeah, again, I can’t prove that Jesus wasn’t lying because nobody can prove anything that happened in antiquity because the qualify of evidence available is too poor to be used to draw any conclusions.
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker You're here crying about people taking their beliefs for given while spouting nonsense assertions and claims its seems you're a gross hypocrite and a fool
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker Lmfao yeah all of his followers misunderstood him or lied. We can definitely prove events in antiquity no one sits here and says this crap about Caesar or Alexander. Quality of evidence? Like the church fathers early manuscripts catacombs churches from the 1st century.
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker That wasnt what I said to prove. I told you to prove that he wasnt claiming to be God. You can only call people liars or fools you have no proof but assumptions
@Imperator117@OrthodoxLurker I think that it’s possible that they were genuinely mistaken. Either way it’s not my job to prove that Jesus didn’t rise from the dead. That’s not my burden.
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker Tell me if jesus wasnt claiming to be God why was he crucified? And did all his apostles and their students just lie or make it up? If so prove it
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker Lmao yeah alright. Even though there's manuscripts and church fathers that learned from the apostle and also wrote things as opposed to you just "feeling" things.
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker You're just assuming that how do you even know any of these things without divine revelation. It must exist because you feel like punishment must be an after life thing? Youre just full of assumptions on a God you say is unknowable. You cant know any of this you're assuming
@Imperator117@OrthodoxLurker I literally just laid out the premises that I used to come to my conclusion that He’ll exists. “Hell” in my opinion is just a place that people go to where they are punished for their moral evil. It must exist because there is no guaranteed punishment in this life.
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker If God is unknowable youre just making gross assumptions on his nature. Jesus christ literally said he was God and the same God that spake to the prophets = divine revelation. Very apparent. Youre the one making presumptions on the characteristic of an unknowable deity
@Imperator117@OrthodoxLurker Yeah. I don’t believe that God is knowable to a large degree. Divine revelation doesn’t exist, which is the default position because it’s not obviously apparent that God has revealed himself. You’re starting from your presumptions when the burden of proof is on you.
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker How would you know any of God characteristics without divine revelation? How would you know hell or heaven or evil you're just assuming these things are true and taking your beliefs for a given.....ironic
@Imperator117@OrthodoxLurker I think it logically follows that if God is perfectly just, then he would care about punishing evil, and if he cares about punishing evil, then we all go to Hell.
@Sapientia400@OrthodoxLurker Without divine revelation which only a personal God would do you can't possibly know God or any of his characteristics or whether he cares about even judging you.
@Imperator117@OrthodoxLurker What I mean is that you guys assume that God is this all loving personal deity who wants to have some sort of intimate relationship with everyone when that’s so blatantly not true.
