@oli_m_sims If a trust attempts to pay you less than your contract stipulates then it's a breach of employment contract and that trust will find itself in a lot of trouble at an employment tribunal for unauthorised deduction in wages.

Concerned to hear of FY1s being told that if they strike post ARCP, they will be paid as FY1s for that number of days they have participated in strike action at the start of FY2. This is not ok and doctors affected should contact BMA sharpish.
