Story of Sardar Sarovar Dam
Nehru laid the foundation in 1961, but the project remained stuck for decades.
It was under Narendra Modi as Gujarat CM that dam height increased from 90 m to 122m in 2010 & canal network built... taking Narmada water closer to Saurashtra & Kutch.
But UPA govt didn't gave permission to install gates.
In 2014, Modi govt in center approved gates.
In 2017, dam reached full height of 138m for the first time.
That’s when Sardar Sarovar truly became transformational.
My village is 500 km away from the Sardar Sarovar Dam, yet we get Narmada water in our taps.
So Because of whom? Narendra Modi

Visited the Udaan Yatri café at Mumbai Airport and had chai for just ₹10. Was flying to Delhi and wanted chai before the flight. Spoke to several travellers while I was there. All of them happy, all of them saying the same thing: Easy on the pocket, good service, value for money. Affordable airport food is possible. And this is proof☕ ✈️
