Read the whole article and I still do not understand the level of apprehension that almost looks like it boarders on fear of introducing voice to league. It's been in Valorant since launch (Almost 6 years) which policy was changed to have in it. Tying usability/accessibility of it to honour level and calling it a day can't be that hard. Rolling it out in higher elos first for testing instead of region to region certainly has to be the play here. We do not need this much deliberation to add this feature to the game. I'd have gotten it way jmore if they said it'd have to launch with new client than what we put here in this dev blog. Befuddling read to me.

Every dev member is at the mercy of doing what they’re told so they can at least have a wage for the duration of the project. When the project is finished your job isn’t certain anymore, been like that for years
